Return & Exchange Information

Return & Exchange Policy – Vibe Imprints

At Vibe Imprints, every item is custom-made with care to reflect your unique brand and vision. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we have a strict policy in place to ensure clarity and protect both our team and our valued customers.
 

Custom Orders – No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving, all sales are final once the customer approves the final design proof. This includes approval of artwork, garment style, color, sizes, and placement. Once approved, we immediately begin production, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
 

Design Approval is Final

We provide digital proofs for all custom orders before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:

  • Artwork placement and spelling

  • Garment style, color, and size breakdowns

  • Ink and thread colors

Once the proof is approved in writing (email, form, or text confirmation), it is considered final. Vibe Imprints is not liable for errors that were present in the approved design.
 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage unrelated to the approved design (e.g., misprints, wrong item, or flawed garment), please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if we determine the defect is due to our error.

To report an issue, please include:
 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) in question

  • A description of the issue
     

Sizing & Fit

We use trusted apparel brands and provide size charts upon request. We are not responsible for sizing issues once garments are ordered and printed.
 

Returns Without Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.  Please contact us at support@vibeimprints.com with questions or concerns.
